Annual Meeting, Fun Run & Other News

The HOA Annual Meeting will be held Wednesday, February 19, at 5:30 PM in the clubhouse multi-purpose room. If you are unable to attend, please remember to complete and return you proxy form before February 19. The form is included in your HOA statement as well as available in the clubhouse or on the HOA website under News/Events. The HOA must receive 237 signed forms to conduct business at this meeting and avoid the cost of another meeting.
The HOA turns 25 this year. To celebrate, snacks will be available in the clubhouse foyer on Wednesday, February 19, from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm.

Statements for the next HOA assessment billing will be arriving in your mailbox soon. Please remember payment is due by March 1 and payments cannot be accepted at the clubhouse. Included in your statement is the new gate code which will be effective April 1. The HOA will be trimming trees that overhang several road right-of-ways (Flower Mound Rd, Bruton Orand Blvd, Simmons Rd, Quail Run Rd, Peters Colony Rd and Sterling Pkwy) starting the second week of February. The trimming will include any private lot trees which overhang HOA property and decrease sun exposure to the turf. The crews will pause their operations during school drop off and pick up times so as not to interfere with traffic.
Group Exercise Classes
The schedule for February's group exercise is now available. Group exercise classes (except for boot camp) are free for Wellington residents with no registration required. Click here for the schedule and more information on what classes are offered.
Exterior Home Projects
Remember to submit an ACC application prior to starting your home project. Examples of projects that require ACC approval include (but are not limited to): roofs, painting, fences, pools, driveways and patio covers. You may find information on the process and the application form on the HOA website.
