Daylight Savings Time
Daylight savings time ends Sunday, November 1, at 2:00 AM. Remember to set your clocks back one hour and update any timers. As the colder weather approaches you will also want to adjust your yard's irrigation so that is not running during freezing weather. The Consumer Product Safety Board recommends replacing the batteries in your smoke detectors at this time as well.
Clubhouse Front Entrance Closed
The front entrance to the clubhouse will be closed starting October 30 (Friday) until November 2 (Monday) while the patio sealant dries. Please use the side entrances to enter and exit the building.
Pedometer Program is almost done!
Just a reminder that if you are participating in the Heart & Sole Pedometer Program you need to get your tracking sheet in by November 3.You must have 6 weeks of tracking data to qualify. Drop off your sheet with the Fitness Office or email your data to us at email@example.com.
November Group Exercise Schedule

Please note that starting on November3, in the event of inclement weather (below 60 degrees or raining/windy) we will hold our regular yoga classes as a Zoom class. You will need an invitation to attend, so if you would like an invitation please email the fitness office at firstname.lastname@example.org.
A CCA donation drop box will again be available in the clubhouse foyer starting November 2 until December 21. Please consider donating non-perishable boxed or bagged food (example: cereal, pasta, rice), household goods (example: toilet paper, paper towels) and personal care items (example: soap, toothbrushes, toothpaste). PLEASE NO CANNED GOODS THIS YEAR.
Exterior Home Projects
Reminder to submit an ACC application for review prior to starting an exterior project. Examples of projects which need an application include roofs, fences, pools, patio covers/arbors, driveways and walkways, painting and new landscaping beds. The online application form and additional information on the process and requirements may be found on the HOA website.
